1. Legal Preamble
These Bylaws are framed under the authority of the Deed of Declaration of Trust of the International Board of Trainers and Coaches (IBTC), executed on 17 September 2025 and registered at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882.
2. Supremacy Clause
In the event of any inconsistency between these Bylaws and the Trust Deed, the provisions of the Trust Deed shall prevail.
