How It All Started

2024 – The Beginning (Seed Stage)

In 2024, Trainers Conclave 1.0 was conducted in Coimbatore with 50+ participants, including trainers and business professionals. The conclave featured meaningful discussions and an award ceremony honoring achievers in business.

But this was more than an event. It was the first spark. During that gathering, one realization became clear — trainers needed: Professional identity, A credible community, Recognition, A structured growth pathway. That realization planted the seed for something much bigger.

2025 – Expansion & Momentum

In 2025, Trainers Conclave 2.0 was conducted in Coimbatore with 40 professional trainers. The event witnessed strong collaboration, structured discussions, and tremendous success. What began as a conclave was now evolving into a collective voice.

One truth stood out clearly: India needed a dedicated international board exclusively for trainers and Coaches. The idea was no longer a concept. It was a calling.

The Grand Launch

After two powerful offline meets with emerging and experienced trainers, IBTC was officially launched in a grand ceremony at Taj Vivanta Coimbatore.

With VIP guests, formal board inauguration, vision declaration, and leadership alignment, this marked the official birth of the International Board for Trainers & Coaches. From that moment, IBTC was no longer a vision on paper — it became a structured professional institution.

Our TTT – Train The Trainer Programs focus on upgrading trainers into internationally aligned, ethical, and high-performance professionals. Certification pathways, structured frameworks, and exposure platforms ensure that trainers evolve beyond content delivery into transformational leadership.

In 2026, IBTC kick-started the year with its flagship TTT initiative, reinforcing our commitment to professional excellence.

Entrepreneurial Development Program (EDP)

A trainer must not just teach — a trainer must sustain. Through EDP, IBTC equips trainers to build powerful personal brands, structure professional offerings, develop monetization systems, and scale ethically and sustainably. We convert trainers into trainer-entrepreneurs.

Student Development Program (SDP)
